Some notable features of the SimplyGo app include:

• View travel transaction history and expenditure for yourself and your loved ones, up to the last 180 days.
• Receive alerts for low card balance (new feature).
• Get push notifications on your trip fares.
• Top up your cards on-the-go (applicable to cards added to your account).
• Block lost travel cards and transfer value to a new card (new feature).
• Submit and view transit claim statuses.
• Apply or replace Concession cards and purchase concession passes.
• View Non-Transit Area (NTA) transactions (new feature).
• Pay penalty fees.
• View and redeem electronic Public Transport Vouchers for your SimplyGo travel cards and stored value travel cards.

Please note that some features are only applicable to SimplyGo EZ-Link & Concession cards, while others are applicable to contactless bank cards as well.

In addition to these features, you can also customize your homepage for easy access to preferred functions. The "Journey Planner" allows you to plan your trips and save preferred routes and locations. Furthermore, you can access bus routes, fares, estimated travel times, and bus arrival timings through the "Travel Guide" function.
